As chair of the Libertarian Party of Fresno County, I am calling a special meeting of the LPFC Executive Committee for 1:45pm on Saturday 10/11/25 at Antonitos Guanacos (260 Oller St, Mendota, CA 93640)
LPFC bylaws Article VI Section III state:
“The Executive Committee shall meet at such time, place and through whatever means may be determined by action of the Executive Committee,
A. by call of the Chair, or
B. by the written request of one-third (1/3) or more members of the Executive Committee, or
C. by the written request of ten (10) members or ten percent (10%) of the Party, whichever is greater.
A written or verbal notice of the time and place of these meetings shall be given to each member of the Executive Committee, as well as Central Committee members, not less than two days prior to said meeting. All meetings of the Executive Committee shall be open for observation to all Central Committee members.”
