At the November meeting of the LPFC, we unanimously resolved to petition Fresno County to become a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary. This was in solidarity with the California Rifle & Pistol Association. The principle of nullification of unjust and unconstitutional state and federal laws is at the heart of American liberty. It is in the purview of the Fresno County Sherriff to refuse to enforce such laws, thus taking the teeth out of overreaching legislators and bureaucrats in Sacramento and Washington, DC.
