Nickolas Wildstar Endorsed for Fresno City Council

By F.S. Alanis

Last week during the May monthly meeting, the Executive Committee of the Libertarian Party of Fresno County endorsed Nickolas Wildstar for Fresno City Council, District 5 in the upcoming primary election.

Nickolas Wildstar is the former Chairman of the LP of Fresno County and a long-time political activist.

Wildstar believes in a dream – that everyday people deserve a government that listens, respects freedom, and works for them.

As a grassroots candidate, Wildstar is not bound by big donors nor special interests and stands out as the best choice for the much needed change at Fresno city hall. We’ve witnessed in recent events with the embezzlement of millions of $ at the Arts Council and the secret city budget meetings behind closed doors, that financial scandals plague city hall. Wildstar is campaigning on bringing accountability and transparency to city hall and reminds us that We The People should dictate government actions and not the other way around.

Wildstar states the following regarding his “The Fresno Dream” campaign:

“This campaign is about reclaiming the dream of what Fresno can be when leadership puts people first. Together, we can dream bigger, demand better, and build a Fresno that works for all of us—not special interests or political insiders. The dream is real, and with your voice and your vote, it’s one we can finally turn into reality.”
