A huge thank you to CRPA-Fresno and the Fresno County Supervisors for passing a resolution last week in support of the Second Amendment. We hope this is the first step towards local level nullification of Unconstitutional gun grabs by California and the US governments.
We will need a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary here in Fresno County sooner rather than later with the continued encroachments coming down from Sacramento. Until then, please take some time today and tomorrow to fight three bills in committee.
These have ALREADY PASSED ONE HOUSE. The time is now to stop them in committee before they go to a floor vote. Click through to find scripts and phone numbers for committee members.
CALL TO ACTION: AB-1263 Firearms: ghost guns.
Stop AB-1263: A bill that changes the definitions of and creates certain restrictions on firearm accessories to include anything that could increase a firearm’s rate of fire or reloading speed. It also makes the dissemination of digital instructions and computer code regarding the manufacturing of firearms and accessories illegal even though the banning of digital code has been deemed by federal courts to be a First Amendment violation.
CALL TO ACTION: AB-1127 Firearms: converter pistols.
Stop AB-1127: A bill seek a ban on firearms that could be modified to include so-called “Glock switches” that make them fully automatic. Those modifications are already illegal and banning otherwise legal firearms is blatantly unconstitutional.
