The United States invaded Iraq on March 20, 2003. This week marks the 20th anniversary of that ongoing conflict. Anti-war protesters around the country gathered over the past weekend on this somber occasion.
In Fresno, members of the Libertarian Party of Fresno County joined local activists for an anti-war sign-waving event hosted by Peace Fresno on March 18th. A couple dozen protesters were present at different corners of the Blackstone & Nees intersection.
